This party was built out of serendipity - a pile of dusty palettes and wooden animal heads from an defunct circus-themed escape room sparked our imagination to dream up a garden party built from reclaimed materials.

Using only the wood from an old circus-themed escape room, we built a stage for the open jam at the Summer Garden Party - and painted on a blue and orange sunset.

We lit the stage with exposed filaments on the front, hoping to evoke an old theatrical makeup mirror.

And to add some fun, we paired a LED strip at the backline with a light panel underneath the birdcage sitting sidestage.

We then went on the hunt for some magical lamps to light the way through the space, hoping to make visitors feel like this is an extension of the living room.

And finally, the animal heads found a home on the terrace wall.
